Sapo X sales platform launched

The DKT Technology Corporation has just launched the first multi-channel management and sales platform in Vietnam: Sapo X, a merged product from Bizweb - a multi-channel sales website with 33,000 customers, and Sapo - sales management software with over 10,000 customers.



Explaining the reason for the introduction of Sapo X, Mr. Tran Trong Tuyen, CEO of DKT Technology, told VET that the retail industry is changing globally and the speed of change is also quite rapid in Vietnam. Shoppers use a variety of internet-connected devices such as phones, computers, and even gaming machines to make purchases.

“They can buy from anywhere, on the web, Facebook, Zalo, e-commerce traders, or at stores,” he said. “Vendors therefore need to be present on more channels to reach more customers.”

Beyond being mere sales management software, Sapo X will also be a transshipment point, receiving and processing orders from all sales channels. This helps store owners manage the source of goods and their customers by software, even when owner sell via many different channels, such as instore, websites, e-commerce, and social networks.

Sapo X, Mr. Tuyen said, will help shop owners save resources when completing orders, from receipt of a purchase to delivery.

“Customers and deals on various channels will go to a management system center so shop owners can view deals, process orders, print shipping bills and make delivery on Sapo X,” he explained. “It helps owners have control over timeliness, inventories, ordering, sales, and securing goods for delivery.”
